چکیده

Treatment of common pathogens, such as Salmonella species, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, etc., is a big challenge for practitioner. Antibiotics’ side effects during their application the treatment infectious diseases should not be underestimated they have many issues, transfer antibiotics-resistant genes, dysbiosis, and antibiotic-resistant strains, which main hurdle in eradication diseases. To avoid these antibiotics complications, modern countries, interest using probiotics feed supplementation to promote health prevent or treat intestinal has been increasing. The purpose present study was evaluate probiotic potential three Lactobacilli strains isolated from clinically healthy dogs further utilization dietary supplement pathogenic antibiotic complication. After 16SrRNA sequencing, vitro tests were conducted assess survival under simulated gastrointestinal conditions adhesion ability MODE-K cell line, on epithelial barrier function, anti-inflammatory activities, host defensin peptides (beta-defensin 3), inhibitory pathogens. showed considerable survive environmental conditions, low pH, high bile salt concentrations along with good properties cells. Pathogenic bacterial growth cells significantly inhibited by Lactobacilli. Real-time PCR analyses demonstrated that L. acidophilus strain AR1 AR3 inhibit Salmonella-induced proinflammatory cytokine (IL-6, IL-8, IL-1β) production reinforce expression tight junction protein (occludin). None induce mRNA beta-defensin 3 Based results, supplemented canine feed. However, vivo studies investigating health-promoting are awaited.

Salmonella typhimurium infection increases p53 acetylation in intestinal epithelial cells.

The ability of Salmonella typhimurium to enter intestinal epithelial cells constitutes a crucial step in pathogenesis. Salmonella invasion of the intestinal epithelium requires bacterial type three secretion system. Type three secretion system is a transport device that injects virulence proteins, called effectors, to paralyze or reprogram the eukaryotic cells. Avirulence factor for Salmonella ...

The role of dendritic cells during Salmonella infection.

One type of phagocytic antigen-presenting cell (APC) - the dendritic cell (DC) - may have specialized functions during infection with the bacterium Salmonella, including a possible role in transporting Salmonella across the intestinal barrier. In addition, changes in the number, localization and cytokine production of CD8alpha+, CD8alpha-CD4+ and CD8alpha-CD4- DC subsets occur during infection....

Hydrogen peroxide production by lactobacilli promotes epithelial restitution during colitis

Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is a multifactorial chronic inflammatory disease of the gastrointestinal tract, characterized by cycles of acute flares, recovery and remission phases. Treatments for accelerating tissue restitution and prolonging remission are scarce, but altering the microbiota composition to promote intestinal homeostasis is considered a safe, economic and promising approach....
